The purpose of this form is to supply AIAA with the names of the support staff who will be working the exposition booth. Staff with exhibit only badges will be allowed access into the exhibit hall during off hours (prior to show opening and after show closing). It is important that you supply us with these names for this purpose. Names must be submitted 30 days in advance of the forum at which you are exhibiting.
Badge limit is 4 per 10X10 booth space. Exhibitor badges will include the participant's name and the company name under which the booth was purchased. All badges should be picked up on-site at the registration desk during the posted hours (see the Register page for registration desk hours).
Please list the names of the exhibitors staffing your booth. Make sure that names are spelled correctly.
